You get what you pay for. There are restaurants near the hotel, such as Earls, and the Forks Market is reasonably walkable. It's very loud at night due to the high-traffic street outside. The hotel has a pool, but its been closed since 2020. Their shop with food and drinks is overpriced, but coffee is free 24/7 and breakfast is included with your stay, although its nothing special. Bathroom is in good condition, and the jetted tub works perfectly. The bed was spring-based, and not particularly comfortable. The TV is 1080p, and unfortunately ours had a dead pixel in the center (which was very distracting).
The front-house staff were very welcoming, and made our stay easy.
It's a 3-star hotel.
