“Pros: The resort property is vast and beautifully scenic, perfect for leisurely walks amidst the snow. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Delicious and convenient breakfast. “Mandy checked us in and she is a true ambassador for this property. What a lovely, friendly woman. Our room looks updated and is very comfortable. The bathroom has not yet been done and definitely the tub could use an update, but for a one night stay on our way south this is perfect.”

“I don’t always leave reviews but I do read them when booking and reviews were very mixed for this property so felt I wanted to leave one. Apparently there were issues with computer availability and actual availability but they did find us a room. (Maybe one they don’t use unless they have too). Room was suppose to have a sofa sleeper in living room area and only had 2 chairs. Room was clean but definitely in need of updates/repairs. Bathroom door didn’t close tight, cracked tile and chipped……

“Staff is absolutely outstanding and properly is very very clean! Ginny and Patricia were very friendly, made us feel welcome and very valued as guests. “This hotel was very clean although a little older was also very comfortable the staff was very nice Its close to many restraints couple miles from downtown an beside the interstate. They have a hot breakfast which is good too. I do recommend this hotel I will stay again.”

“The smoking table for staff was right outside the entry way, so we had to walk right through the cigarette smoke to get into the lobby. It gave the place a trashy feel that was not reflective of the hotel itself. The staff was great.”
