“house was clean, an abundance of clean bath towels, Kitchen was well stocked, ( there were even pre-prepared coffee filters with coffee for the coffeemaker) provided food and water bowls for dog, and a little container of dog treats. Lots of nice personal touches throughout the property. Loved the fenced yard for the dog. Plenty of outdoor seating and shade. Owners were very easy to work with.”

“We had 3 couples staying for a friends wesding in Petit Jean State Park. The views were beautiful, the sunroom was awesome to hang out in to watch the hummingbirds. They had an outdoor fire pit and we enjoyed hanging out at night. We hikes many trails in the park. Would recommend to anyone who wants a laid back nature trip”

“The property was perfect for us and was very clean. It is in a pretty area that is surrounded by trees and sounds of nature. The dock makes for a pretty view of the lake as well. Kitchen supplies were enough to make some quick meals and the a/c works really well as we visited in summer. The hosts were very kind and made our trip more enjoyable. Mr. Falleur provided me with helpful information about the area such as kayaking and fishing. They also have a binder that lists different restaurants in……
