“This was the perfect place for us to stay while we moved our son into Georgia Tech for the start of his Freshman year.The rental was clean, fresh, and very modern.The 2 large bedrooms and giant beds were extremely comfortable.Having an EV car charger on site was a huge bonus.Not having to waste time during the day charging allowed us to have more time to visit downtown Atlanta.As for the host, they were amazing.I have never had a more attentive and welcoming host before.I will definitely rent……

“The check- in process was difficult because I was told that I would get a check-in code 30 minutes before check in time and I did not receive it. We were supposed to check in at 3, We got there around 2:45. I still did not receive a code, 3:00 rolls around… still no code. It was so hot outside and the host wasn’t answering. It was almost 4:00 by the time we had our code. The only reason we got it was because I had to go through Vrbo and talk with a representative, who gave me the cleaning……

“This was an awesome place to stay! The host was polite & prompt with replies. Although the listing isn’t specific about this being an apartment with a house above, the neighborhood is quaint & peaceful. Also, there is a side gate, allowing for complete seclusion from the above property. Would recommend this to anyone!”
