LIVING AREAS
After a day on the slopes, sip hot cocoa and gather around the gas fireplace in the main living area, furnished with a sofa, love seat, and armchair. Make some popcorn and have a movie night on the 60” cable TV.
Curl up with a new book in the well-lit second living area, featuring a plush sofa and access to the patio.

Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

This four-story home sleeps up to ten guests in three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.
Make yourself at home in the master suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed, gas fireplace, and cable TV. Enjoy stunning views from the Juliet balcony. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity, water closet, and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and cable TV. An en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a cable TV. An en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination.
A convenient half bath is located off the foyer.

This rental does not have air-conditioning. Ceiling fans ensure a pleasant breeze throughout the home.
The entryway of this four-level townhome is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs from the parking area.
THE LOCATION
Situated just 4.2 miles from Winter Park Resort, this mountain townhouse is an ideal basecamp from which to hit the slopes. Or drive 4 miles to the Fraser Tubing Hill for hours of family fun.
Hiking and biking trails abound in the surrounding area. Fish the Fraser River, bike the Fraser Trail, or set off on a trek in the surrounding Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests.
Several restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops are less than 2 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
