“Longer stay than we are used to, but the house had all we needed. It was an older home (1960s) that had few updates, and had a number of cosmetic issues. The pool was great, location excellent, AC worked well as did all the appliances.”

“Perfect and quiet location for easy access to the Fortuna area and YPG. House was very clean and had nice amenities and was nicely furnished. Our dog enjoyed the backyard with green lawn and it was nice to also have use of the garage for parking. The host was very responsive and helpful. ”

“It's a beautiful house but it needs some up keep. The oven was dirty the grill was dirty the pots and pans were dirty.thehost was emailed on Thursday before we arrived and we never heard back from the host.”

“Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained and easy to heat to our preferred temps. Kids had a blast swimming and soaking. Check-in and -out were simple. The host was very responsive to our communication. The kitchen was partially stocked. Plenty of dishes, but not much for preparing food. I couldn't find things like a can-opener, hot pads, or measuring cups/spoons, etc. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay……

“House was very clean, cute and well organized. Easy check in. Close to stores. Issue was the hot water. There was none in the master bedroom! The hot water in the second bathroom would run out after 2 persons would shower. So yes, unfortunately took cold showers. We had no TV…. Wouldn’t turn on.Front and back yard in need of some TLC.”

“We had a great stay. The ONLY downside for us was that this porperty was also through Vacasa, of who we ended up dealing with. We found Vacasa home office very difficult to honour our request of early check in. Several texts, explaining our situtaion of one of us in an electric wheelchair with quadriplegia, they still denied our request.Upon physical arrival we were given a name and number of the LOCAL Vacasa rep. Graciela was WONDERFUL to deal with. Quick replies, AND she honoured our request……
