“As you get closer to the cabin the forest gets more dense.Look up at the lush canopy that surrounds you.Suddenly it’s quiet and the noise of the outside world is gone.The cabin has a short steep driveway off a quiet dirt road.It feels very private.The large fire pit(great for fire cooking)is surrounded by tall trees & moss covered ground.Bring your phone and go on a mushroom hunt around the property.The bathroom is the fanciest outhouse you will find. It has running water spacious &chandelier……

“Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!”

“The property was beautiful and well kept. I personally would have preferred to have curtains/blinds on the windows and the TV is a little awkward in the living area but overall, my stay was excellent.”

“Clean, but not real clean. Ive stayed in worse. Coffee maker has mold. Wi dows havent been cleaned since last season. Otherwise, fairly clean and comfortable. Could use another toilet with being able to sleep so many people. Definitely know when its morning, traffic is noisy”

“We came back to this cabin for our second time and again it was perfectly cozy with the warm fire. It had all the amenities needed. The property manager had GREAT communication and was able to help us with all of our needs in a timely manner. We are excited to come visit again in the future! ”

“Loved the tiny cabin. Was clean and comfortable (the AC was a blessing). The only drawback was that we couldn't have a fire due to no firestarter in the cabin. Also, the phone number listed in the guest book for the host, is not correct so we had ZERO communication with the host. ”

“We had a wonderful extended stay at this property with our group. Fishing was fantastic, the level lot was great for going out on the ice. Winter campfire was perfect to sit by and take in the lake views. Nice kitchen for cooking and prepping in. Christmas tree was a perfect touch. We will be back. ”
