Everything was clean. BUT, our bathroom had an area in it that was evident of a water leak from above. It had a large hole in it to drain the water, I suppose. It wasn't very nice to see. Had trouble connecting to the internet. PW was not working, even after contacting the front desk. Not a great channel selection. Not sports people. We did not do the breakfast, which we were not told about. It was unimpressive. No literature in the room, info for the area, fire exists, recommendations for dinning out and other things.Not overly impressed.

Great room qnd the price was a bargain. Room was nice and clean...no smells! I liked the decor/colors- had an updated look. Beds were firm but comfy. I enjoyed the breakfast too. Good selection. I would definitely stay again if i am in the area.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were just wonderful at check in and it was so easy and they were so friendly. They were very attentive to the breakfast buffet and kept it stocked at all times. As soon as they heard the coffee running out they were there making more coffee. I will say that the breakfast in itself was very mediocre. We chose not to partake on the second day of our stay and was just not very good. The coffee was wonderful. The kids said the pool was very cold. We had four people in our party and everyone complained about the beds and how uncomfortable and hard they were. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the money that we paid.

"Upon check-in, I encountered a significant plumbing issue in my initial room, with waste water backing up through the bathtub drain. After requesting a room change, the second accommodation was marginally better, but my overall experience remained disappointing. My stay was disrupted by groups of guests speaking foreign languages who propped open their doors while drinking in the hallways, creating an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, the property shows clear signs of neglect and inadequate maintenance—the bathroom exhaust fan was excessively noisy and dust-covered, while the electrical outlets were visibly yellowed, faded, and accumulated with grime. This establishment urgently requires renovation and improved management oversight."

The towel rack in the bathroom was not screwed in correctly. I don’t know what time breakfast started at but it was not ready before 7am. I think the pool and hot tub should be cleaned but it wasn’t filthy. The staff are very nice and friendly. The front reception guy is helpful. Very nice family. The rooms were really clean when we went.

Everything was pretty nice. The rooms were relatively quiet, although a slight gap in the door let in sounds from the hallway. The food was okay. We opened the window when we first got there, because the previous occupant obviously was smoking in a non smoking room.

I stay here regularly while traveling. I have zero complaints in general about this hotel. Very affordable and clean. The continental breakfast was lacking this time, but in general I always recommend this hotel.
