"Only one issue: the hotel’s key card system was down. We had to have the very nice lady at the front desk open our room any time we needed to get into our room. Not a difficult work around."

"The Widgeon Hole had all the basics we needed. But we really only slept and showered there for the four nights we were in Gackle visiting family. Plenty of beds to choose from but be aware most of them are downstairs in the basement, a roughly finished basement, but no door on one of the bedrooms ..."

Nice stay in Streeter
"Great place to kick back and relax after spending a few days at a fun-filled family reunion. Online listing described the beds as twin beds but they were full size beds. Plenty of room for our group. Also said 5 bedrooms but we only found 4."

"The house works great for our needs. We’ve been coming out here for 7 years now. We’ve Stayed here several of those years. Thank you for providing this for groups like ours. The Roost has a great steak on Friday nights. Good people and we feel very welcome there."
