“I spent a lot of time researching places to stay near family. We are elderly, there was no mention of no cell service or wifi. Only way we found VRBO, we had address. It's way out in the country. There was no instructions how to access wifi. I suggested to host how important that is. She said she would leave in future. We left as family, wouldn't be able to find us. “Stay away from this place at all cost. We didn’t arrive to property until 7 pm and it was absolutely disgusting. There were dirty sheets laying on the couch and a trolly of crap in the middle of the living room. One of the 3 beds had no sheets or blankets on them. It was about 85 degrees in the house and trash all over the ground outside. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to show up I informed them we were going somewhere else and then told I was only getting the cleaning fee reimbursed. This……

“We loved the long strolls through the neighborhood and to downtown Grand Haven. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple and they have plenty of towels and bathroom products. I even saw a few curling irons. Nice touch. Very private location and a sweet doggo named Stevie is a pleasant touch. We will be back to stay!!”

“Eric at Grand Harbor Apartments is an amazing host. We stayed here 3 nights 4 days and we were in town during one of the worst storms of the season. Just as the storm ended, I hear a knock on the door and Eric had come to check on us to make sure we weathered the storm okay. “Captain's Cottage is super cute! The pictures really dont do it justice. We were a block from the beach. Snug Harbour and Noto's are a must for waterfront dining. Downtown had lots to offer as well and was walking distance to CC. We had to make a trip to Meijer...also very close...and was astonished at the cleanliness and upscale feel of this store.
