“Great location walking distance to everything, tours, church, dinner, parks etc. Parked the car and it never moved. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Impeccable Room, Place was spotless with all the amenities and more. Wonderful water view. Friendly and well informed Hosts . Great advice on what the area has to offer. Highly Recommend, you won’t be disappointed!”

“Location is right downtown, 5 minute walk to the water front. Easy parking by the house for one car and personal nice garden area. Very new and clean inside and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need re utensils, spices, coffee, teas etc. The second bed is on the main floor the only issue is you have to make the bed by pulling the coffee table into the L-shaped sofa and then place a board and mattress on top. Not a big deal but I don’t remember reading that in the original……

“This was a one star experience. Must be old student housing cheaply turned in to a rental property. Hardly any furniture, cold rooms, not enough blankets , bleak and depressing. Would not recommend or stay here again. In fact this is strike two with vrbo. Im done. ”

“Our stay was perfect, not one complaint about the unit at all. The host Kristine was a pleasure to deal with, replied to my messages very quickly. The location was perfect as we were in Kingston for a wedding and we were able to walk to our son’s house. We will for sure stay again during our next visit to Kingston. ”

“Visited with family for a weekend. We had a lovely time and the space is beautiful. Even better than the photos. Location is easy walking distance to restaurants, cafés shopping, etc.The apartment is spotless, clean and very comfortable. We had a lot of space to relax. We especially loved the outdoor patio on a sunny day. I’d be thrilled to stay here again.”
