“We had one prerequisite: unfettered access to both Lake Wentworth and the Cotton Rail Trail. We learned this property is actually on Fernald Basin, separated from Wentworth in 1872. I found no area by which to easily portage a kayak up out of the basin and over to Lake Wentworth. The basin has snapping turtles, lots of undergrowth.
