Brand new 3 bedrooms Villa Home with 2 bathrooms, located at the back of the main house. The place is comfortable for 5 guests stay.
It had partially view of the back.
Private entrance to the house, with front and backyard
The house located in a very quiet neighborhood and central location.
Only 7min drive to Shellharbour Shopping center
7 min to Windang tourists park and Warilla beach.
20 min drive to Kiama.
2 min walk down the street for local Italian restaurant, pharmacy, cafe and convenient store.
10 min drive to Jamberoo water park.
Bus 51 from the same street to Shopping center and Oaks Flat train station.

Great group house

Good sized house, clean and kitchen well-equipped. Easy check in and check out process. Great location with view of lake. Amazing Italian restaurant around the corner.

Lacking comfort.

Overall the setup was good, however there were a number of problem we had to deal with. The queen bed was so hard that it was not usable, we had to make alternate sleeping arrangements. The rug under the table was rolled up in the corner and we kept tripping on it. The light switch in the external toilet was not screwed to the wall with the possibility of touching the wiring. A screen door would have helped keep out the invasion of flies. I hope that some of these issues will be rectified for future guests.
