“Monaro cottage is a lovely house with beautiful views of the garden and mountains. It is a very short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed our stay. A few modest purchases would really help. The kitchen bin is a waste paper basket, please get a proper bin! There is no mop and with a wet dog and wooden floors a mop would be useful. A few cloths for cleaning surfaces would also help- we prefer to keep the place clean but usually simple cleaning materials are provided. Also, the TVs are really……

“Great location, opposite lagoon, walk along the boardwalk to the ocean. True to advertising. Really enjoyed our time. Only things to be aware of that the veranda doesn't have a banister and there isn't any front fencing. The backyard is fully fenced and secure, however the front and rear doors do not open directly into yard, only an issue if you have a pet. A couple of issues with cleaning, the oven and the BBQ weren't clean. The vacuum cleaner was held together with duct tape which fell apart.……

The photos, unfortunately, are old and so you can't see how tired things are. One of the blinds couldn't be raised or lowered as were worried it might fall off. 3 of the 6 dining chair bases were broken and very uncomfortable. No hairdryer in ensuite bathroom and hairdryer not working in the shared bathroom. Broken light in shared bathroom. In ensuite, if you don't pull……
