“酒店環境好.内有餐廳.但酒店Wifi只有在大堂.我們住2房大屋.非常之大.有廚房.洗衣及乾衣機.離市中心约十分鐘車程.附近有湖邊釣魚.適合渡假之旅.”

“Clean and well presented rooms however our room was booked and accommodated 3 adults but there were only 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 spoons etc and one packet of 2 biscuits. Luckily for me I was not the one who had to wait for someone else to finish their cuppa before I could have one!”

“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……
