“The staff at Zoofari Lodge is amazing. They are all so helpful especially Jacob and Isabella. Helen was incredibly friendly. They really look after you with their hearts - took care of my husband so well in a wheelchair - big call-out to Terry who was with my husband during the zoo tour - thank you Terry. “There was no internet. When we told the manager, she said noone had internet and no, it wasn't going to be fixed soon. We felt that only the bare minimum was done to this property. There were a few broken items in our cabin, including the outside door, fridge and oven. A lack of amenities.”
