“We traveled with 2 toddlers over 4th of July weekend and our stay was peaceful and fun. We appreciated the many amenities and that the appliances had buttons/knobs that kiddos could not reach. We were also amazed that there was still a view of the lake with the trees fully green. I would love to be back in other seasons to enjoy all of the beauty the surroundings have to offer. This site is perched on the side of a steep hill in the woods, so be prepared for driving slowly and encountering some……

“Very cute lake house in great condition! Fully stocked and ready for your lake getaway. Conveniently located to a boat ramp which was great for us to bring our kayaks. Only thing my husband said could be changed is having a regular coffee pot instead or a keurig, but that’s just him being an old man about it. We really enjoyed the assortment of games and puzzles available for use as well. Looking forward to future stays.”

“This place was AMAZING!!! The only issue we saw was that the bedroom with the bigger bunks-the top bunk is held together with a c-clamp, not safe for anyone that has much weight on them. ”

“We enjoyed our stay in Tahlequah- visiting the Illinois River! During our stay, we enjoyed the location of the property, being within walking distance of most everything you would want for night life/ dinner options! There were a few things of note that we feel it is important to mention. First , make sure you secure the front glass door, every single time you use it, as we had someone walk in off the street wanting to use our phones, which was a bit spooky in the first hour of being there.……
