“We stayed at this property for the first time, upon the recommendation of some friends who stayed in a different unit at Amelia by the Sea. This unit, 222, is lovely, clean, comfortable (great bed!), spacious, and convenient. We plan to return next year!”

“A perfect spot. Our condo was right on the beach with a perfect sunrise view! We were looking for a ‘chilled 0ut’ beach vacation. The beach wasn’t heavily populated but in town had lots of folks. The restaurants were great and we loved our beachfront condo. The building exterior was a little dated from the street but the condo was super cute and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.The management company was very communicative the onl drawback was a 4p check-in after……

“The condo is cute and was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the balcony to catch some sun, read and watch the sunset. The condo has a nice TV with many apps. Loved the view and the access beach was so easy. The complex is very nice with plenty of parking. The location to other beaches was great! So many restaurants on the same road you did not have to travel far to get great food. All of them have beach access and a great view. The island has so many parks, we visited to the State Park down the……
