“This condo was great! We stay at Amelia Landings just about every year, but this is the 1st year we've stayed in this particular unit. This unit was more modern on the inside, with the floors, furniture & decor which I appreciated; it was refreshing. Jackie was a phone call/text away whenever I needed her and also went above and beyond to help us get an item we left in the unit. I would def stay here again!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! Communication with the owner, Bo, was great. Easy check-in, condo was clean, and it was just as described in the listing. There are plenty of beach accesses close to this condo complex. There’s one you can walk to that’s a 5-7 minute walk. Then there are several others close by that have parking. “Condo was as pictured! Ease back and forth to the beach was seamless! Short distance out to the beach. Pool was never crowded. Beds comfy. Plenty of cooking supplies in kitchen. The unit could use one TV in the bedroom. Also, we were unable to locate a broom to sweep up sand during our stay & no iron! Lastly, needs a larger washer/dryer because it is recommended not putting beach towels in the washer to use the laundromat down the street. Also, there were locks on the master closet and no where……

“It all about the view in well maintained top floor, ocean front condo! We enjoyed walking, reading and whale watching everyday! The condo is older and has been nicely upgraded with lots of amenities. It could use a good deep cleaning but overall it was a great week.”

“Lovely community and condo, with pool, practically on the beach - easy, quick walk and very easily accessible. Not in the historic district but had wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Easy drive to anything we wanted to do. Host was clear and very responsive. Fabulous stay overall. ”
