“The apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved: 1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance. 2) we……

“Very comfortable apartment in central location.We arrived at the property and couldn’t get in. This was very traumatic after we had been driving all day. Stayz was apparently supposed to send us the code to the key box but didn’t. After much difficulty due to codes which kept expiring after 20 seconds we managed to contact the property manager who supplied us with the lock box code. I would be reluctant to book through Stayz again. Airbnb much more efficient.”
