“The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. ”

“The apartment is beautifully restored, whimsically decorated with very nice furniture which is also comfortable. There are lights and outlets everywhere!! Linens and towels sparking clean and brand new!! All kinds of kitchen equipment. As an “older person”!! I had a little trouble navigating the shower that is in an enclose tub but that would not be a problem for the young. It is in a part of town with a moderately busy street and a rooster in the am!! But the white noise machines on both……

“This property is managed by 3rd party that uses separate software called Hostaway. That software integrating with VRBO led to pymt failures that don't show on your credit card or anywhere in VRBO and almost led to my reservation being cancelled multiple times. I typically haven't had to communicate with properties until just prior to my arrival for check-in instructions but I lived in VRBO Messages to manage this stay for 1.5 months. I'm a frequent VRBO renter and typical payment terms are……

“This is an artfully restored third floor of an old house. Very clean and very well maintained. The doors are locked with an app and with a keypad and that felt very safe— not like some places where you wonder how many people have copies of the key or the lockbox code! You should know, it is small and the furniture is all to scale- small bed (maybe a queen size? Maybe full?) small table, small living room chairs, etc. It was nice for one person. Also the stairs are super steep and narrow,……
