“We had my husband’s 50th surprised birthday party there! We had no idea that there was a home for renting in Lakeside. When we go out fishing or just for sport, we have mostly used the Steal Creek Park boat ramp. The only road into and out of the park, is the same road that this beautiful property is located. We had a great and wonderful time!”

“Awesome property! We had 4 generations staying for a few days to relax, enjoy each other's company, and eat. We've been all over Texas the last 15 years and this place was top notch.Pool and party garage were a hit. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and private location (yet easy to find).Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.”

“My family stayed overnight at the Hillsboro House. We chose this home because it is pet friendly. My mom, stepdad, aunt, and I stayed at the house with my mom’s dog, and there was was more than enough space for everyone! We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard! It was an excellent place for us to relax and catch up. The hosts were accommodating and responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling in the Hill County area!”

“Spent two weeks at this BnB. House is about 90 years old but was a nice stay. Issues were cars with loud mufflers tearing down the street at all hours. Host was receptive to concerns and addressed them promptly. Fire alarm went off a couple of times but have no reason why this would have done so. Price of stay was competitive and was close to our family that live in Hillsboro. ”
