“My family stayed for a weekend. Lots to do home and went to wineries one day and Top Golf another day. House was clean, plenty to do with pool table and hot tub, firepit list goes on. Very fun great stay!”

“Check in was easy; great communication prior to and during our stay; there was a concern of ice on the stairs from the day melt and owner responded immediately and remedied the situation; home felt safe; off-road fenced parking a plus; home is on the main road that crosses the bridge so there was road noise but we got used to it; the view on the bay was amazing; lots of bathrooms; bedroom spaces were great; the spaces off the main house were cute; restaurants and bars within close driving……

“The house is beautiful and includes almost everything you need. We took our parents that are 87 & 93 years old and I did not realize it is not handicap accessible. They struggled with the steps at the front of the house. They also struggled with the living room furniture. The sofas have seen better days and hard to get out of. A great place for a large group but not the elderly. ”

“Family friendly, clean and well-stocked house with nice deck and pool for entertaining. It has personality. Well stocked kitchen (note - includes french press and a pod system but you need to bring your own pods; no coffee maker or kettle at time of our stay). Plenty of spices and condiments and entertaining ware as this is also their vacation home. Conveniently located near the highway and walkable to commercial area and 10 min drive to nearest beaches (it does back up to highway so gets road……

“This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been perfect. The house is clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you could need. The garden is, for me, the best part and we had many nights BBQing, relaxing in the chairs and watching fireflies. The host is lovely and very responsive. The property location is great, there is lots to do in the local area and easy access to both the North and South Forks of the Hamptons. We can't wait to come again next year.……
