“A rugged bush property, less than 10 minutes from Macedon township. Driving into the property's initially steep gravel drive, in a 2WD car, required some initial speed and staying in low gear, but proved no problem for our family group, in three vehicles, two of which were 2WD. The main house and two "container bedrooms" were all spotlessly clean and very well, appointed. All were well air conditioned if required; as it was on occasion as the weather was quite warm during our stay. IT wise the……

“The Train was an absolute gem to stay in. Everything you could possibly want in a little getaway. Walking distance from the main street or Lake Daylesford. The Train was very comfortable with a nice bed, great shower and sitting area out the back with a heater and lighting to enjoy a meal. The bluetooth radio is something else and just added to the authentic feel of a train carriage from the 1800's.”
