“The location is perfectly convenient. There’re good restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The upgraded river view room is excellent. You can enjoy 180° day and night view at the room balcony. Last but not least, we appreciate the professional front desk staff for their hospitality. “We found little flies come out from the floor drain of the washrooms. We made feedback to staff and they said it was common in the apartment and just add some insecticide to kill them. “We had a function at Brisbane convention centre, this is close enough to the city but far enough to be not so hectic. Studio room was large with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave & stovetop, everything you might need. Bathroom is small & door handle opened upwards rather than down. Bed wasn't great. An experience with both hits and misses

"The first room assigned was below standard - not fully cleaned dustbin, noisy air conditioning and messy towels in the toilet. Therefore, I waited for another 30+ mins to wait for assigning me another room. Luckily, the second room assigned to me was great and the staff were helpful in general. But please remember to tidy up the rooms fully before the customers checking in."
