It is within a quick and easy walk (even in sub-freezing temperatures) to interesting and fun downtown restaurant, art and shopping venues and an easy drive to hiking at the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. The residence itself is very clean and well furnished for cooking and relaxing, and our host was available for questions before and during our trip. “Shelley’s place is a gem!Tha cabin is pristine and Shelley leaves little awesome touches like dog toys and dog friendly sheets. The yard is huge and the fire pit is wonderful too! The grill is a little tricky to light but otherwise everything is in excellent condition! It’s cozy but spacious. The water was fine, no issues but I did bring bottled water. The cabin is in great proximity to hiking the gorge, and tioga outfitters to rent kayaks and rafting. There is a bakery down the street with……

“6 of us got together to hike, share memories and celebrate our parents' anniversary. We so loved sitting on the porch. The cabin was very central to our spending time at the PA Grand Canyon and we even spent a half day antiquing. It was fun to watch the wildlife around the cabin. The cabin itself was supremely well stocked and we lacked for nothing. Our host was attentive and available and answered any questions we had quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
