“The host was super easy to get ahold of and communicate with leading up to our weekend stay, and even during. He responded quickly to any questions we had while at the house. Super accommodateing, supplying linens, paper products, etc! Made traveling with a large group super easy! Very comfortable, beautiful home!Thank you for the stay!”

Some reviews claimed there were too many rules, but I didn't find that to be the case. only discrepancy I found was the posting indicated a full-size bed in the game room and a twin bed with trundle in a separate bedroom. It was actually the other way around. This actually worked out better for me :) The only downsides were 1) the doorbell - it worked from the outside but inside the……

“Huge home with plenty of bathrooms for 10 people. The fire pit and hot tub were a hit. I didn't think we'd need the washer and dryer, but we used them several times. We also loved the option of having a chef cook for our tired group one evening, and the price was very reasonable. We'd stay here again.”

“Needed a relaxing quick getaway weekend and Kin cottage is the way to go !!! The house had everything we needed ! Toys for the kids toys for the fur babies ,and books to read for the adults. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub and then made s’mores that the house provided. All the restaurants were close by and very good we did indoor roller skating and mini golf did some hiking at stony falls what a beautiful water fall there. Totally recommend kin cottage and can’t wait to go back !!!!!”
