“This quiet comfortable place was for us! Lucia and Chris welcomed us w/smiles & even offered to carry our luggage to the downstairs apt. In front of our designated parking spot we talked abt the lob eared bunnies Lucia raises. They were clean and well attended w/love by Lucia & daughter, Lexie. Abt 100 & the cutest babies! Apt in back faced 4000 ft babbling river that was breathtaking. Perfect for an experienced kayaker (kayak avail). Bench & nice paths for hiking along the river w/remnants of……

“This is an old mill turned into an apartment building. Scary pulling up but the inside is beautiful! Well put together however the only negatives would be that the elevator is not in operation and there are so many stairs which can be a pain with luggage. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything that comes from the units nextdoor or above yours. And I mean everything!”
