“Really enjoyed our stay here. Upstairs bed was very comfortable & the view was great! The guest beds were a little bit in the softer/uncomfortable side. We didn’t do much cooking but if you needed too there was everything you could possibly need! The hot tub was great! Bring some bug spray with you. The fireplace was so cozy. A really quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it! ”

“We unfortunately had 1 and 1/2 days of nice weather due to hurricane Erin we took advantage of the nearby parks for our exercise with our Labrador retriever. He needs to keep busy. ”

It has everything you need for day to day activities, whether you are cookimg and staying in or goimg out. Lots to do around the area, including nature hikes and many beaches within driving distance. My grandsons love all of the animals on the property. Guests are always friendly and accessible if you need them. ”

“My family came in for a wedding in Dover, so we thought it more convenient to rent a house for the weekend. The house is picturesque, comfortable and clean with lovely decor. A coffee bar and a bottle of wine were waiting for us! Such thoughtfulness. Rachel and Jim answered all questions promptly. Across the parking lot is an eatery with excellent seafood and a lively night life. Bowers Beach on the Delaware Bay is a short walk away. We had an enjoyable, relaxing weekend. ”

“This was a great place to stay while we were dropping our daughter off for her sr. year at DSU! The location was central to her house in Camden, the beaches in Rehoboth and nature/marsh/beaches of southern Delaware Bay. We really enjoyed getting ice cream and walking the riverwalk. The house itself was fantastic!! It is an old house so be aware of that. We actually appreciated the character and charm that the history added to the experience over a 'new' property.
