“We had a really wonderful winter retreat at the Maverick, with its striking mid-century modern decor. Lots of toasty fires and appreciated the quiet, lovely property filled with the songs of woodpeckers and other birds. Henry is incredibly responsive and communicative. The house is up a steep hill which our 2-wheel drive rental car struggled up in the snow and ice - but we made it and plow trucks kept it clear during our stay. We were remotely working and found the wifi great and the wooded……

“The property was great and as advertised and perfect for our long weekend. The setting is very rural but at the same time, it is less than 5 minutes from downtown Woodstock and all it has to offer. The host was delightful, attentive and responsive. ”
