“A few of us were looking for a great place to stay for a work conference. This place was perfect, comfortable, well decorated/outfitted, and lots of room. Loved how each room was a suite. ”

“We traveled to the area for our granddaughter's softball tournament. We had 7 people in our group. Owner quickly responded to our messages. There were plenty of linens. Downtown was just a mile or so away and was nice in the evening, with lots of people around and lots of lighting. We had 2 great meals at a locally owned restaurant and got treats from a locally owned bakery. Had a great weekend. ”

“We had the opportunity to stay here for our annual golf trip and it is a perfect accommodation for adults on a golf weekend. 5-10 minutes away from top RTJ Trail courses, clean & well maintained, incredibly comfortable for our group of 4 adults albeit the home has plenty of space for many more. The host made the entire experience seamless - Highly recommend!!”

“This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. There was plenty of space to spread out, and we really enjoyed the great gathering areas both inside and outside. Everything was clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the amenities we could need. The hosts were fantastic at communicating and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Plus, the location was ideal—close to everything in town. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay!”

“The online pics of this property are NOT what u will get in person! The box spring was stained with what could have been blood; the majority of the blinds were either broken or missing sections: the bathroom toilets were dirty; the microwave and fridge were filthy; I could go on. We spent time and money going to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies, sheets for the bed (didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the ones provided), etc and because it was the weekend of the Iron Bowl, we could not find……

“Had a great stay at Gray Villa! Came to town with friends for a football game. The house is set up very well for multiple couples/friends. Very clean. Loved the back yard for a fire pit in the evening! Host had toiletries and all amenities that you may need. Thanks so much! Would definitely stay here again!”

“With our granddaughter being a senior at Alabama and not going home for the holiday we decided to meet there and celebrate Thanksgiving. Her parents came from Pittsburgh and her granddad and I from Florida. Perfect house for this kind of trip. We also had her Roommate with her family for dinner. Very nice celebration. The house has a split sleeping set-up and that was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. The only disappointing thing was that the weather was too cold to enjoy the amazing……

“I hesitate to keep writing great reviews because I worry the hidden secret of this property will get out. Visited my son at UM with my parents. I’ve stayed before and already knew how perfect it was and my parents kept raving about how clean and PERFECT it was. When I reached out to try to get a password to allow us to add another streaming app they got back to me immediately. Will always try to stay here when we visit my son at UM”
