“This was a magical place to stay. It’s in a quiet and peaceful rural area with amazing sea views but tourist attractions and necessities are within 15 minutes drive. The house is extremely clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you could need for a vacation. The owners were kind and helpful. The cliffs and beach alone were worth the trip. We loved sitting on the rocks watching the seals swim by and the fishing boats head in and out of the port. We can’t wait to visit again!”

This beautiful farmhouse has an interesting history which is provided in a write up hanging on the wall. The house has been updated over the years to provide modern conveniences, yet it retains the charm and heritage of the original home. “Because weather is unpredictable, this place is perfect if what you want is to share time with friends or family you don’t get to see too often. Plenty of room (and then some) for three adult couples - each had their own bathroom as well; well-equipped kitchen; lots of indoor/outdoor seating (covered and uncovered); BBQ; hot tub (sheltered); indoor sauna… this home really does have everything. “A stunning location and really helpful host. We needed good wifi during the week to work remotely and there were no issues - xplorenet 100mb download and 5mb up worked well. No dropped connections. Property is dated and rustic and could use some upgrades and deep cleaning but it was perfectly functional for what we needed. The host was open to all our suggestions and we appreciated that.”

“From the moment we saw the cottage on VRBO we fell in love with it and if we could we would have stayed all summer. The cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need, from an outside grill to an ice maker and air fryer. The view was spectacular and the area provided quiet and scenic country roads suitable for walking. The hosts were approachable, friendly and accommodating.
