“The cottage and surrounds were inviting and peaceful. Bed linen was beautiful, though we did find the mattresses too firm for us. Everything we needed was supplied and the fireplace kept the cottage cosy and warm. We also enjoyed the bookcase filled with an interesting mix of books and games, as well as the hammock and a fire by the dam to take in the beautiful starry sky. Elbert was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“My two nights here were just what I needed. So quiet with great hosts where nothing was too much trouble. The surroundings here make it easy to unwind and a dip in the pool is well worth it.
