“Disappointed that the outside pool was closed due to renovations and also the indoor pool was closed. Absolutely no extras, we stayed 2 nights, coffee for only 1 pot was provided. No dish washing detergent ( it did provide dishwasher tabs). No napkins, no extra paper towels or trash bags, no wraps or baggies, etc. No cushions for chairs on porch.”

“This was our first time at this property. We had to use the check in desk and the workers were helpful and inviting. The room was recently upgraded and was very clean. My daughter and I have allergies and this was important for us. The property manager communicated often and was nice. We didn’t have any extra needs while.we were there but he did reach out to ask and check in. The facilities were fun for our children and we enjoy the area which we have visited many times. We will definitely stay……

“Went Presidents’ Day. Literally across from loon. Resort offers free shuttle. Also 1/2 hour to Waterville valley. Super clean and plenty for adult and kids to do on property ”

“We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. ”

“The property is clean, modern and nicely situated. I loved the huge tub in the bathroom. The staff were pleasant, but keen to push their timeshare sales.”
