The location is great, being very near to restaurants, 2 grocery stores, and gas station. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The owner answered any questions that we had promptly. It was MUCH nicer than the hotel were our friends stayed: also larger, with more privacy in a great, quiet location. The owner was more than attentive.
