“Cute, clean, well appointed cottage! Communication with host excellent. Great location just a few minutes drive to FSU! Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! Kudos to the hosts on keeping the charm while renovating this cottage. ”

“This was a new listing with no reviews, but we booked it anyways because we needed a place where we could park two cars filled with dorm stuff. We were told it was a gated community and there was a garage we could use. The gates never closed, but thankfully both cars fit in the garage. The unit had excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water for showers. Beyond that, this property was not ready to be listed. It was not clean, there were bugs indoors, safety issues with the entry (trip……

“We stayed here because my husband got a job in Tallahasee from DC area. He has roommates so we rented with VRBO. The place was nice and it accepted dogs w/o a fee. That was a plus!!! We enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely consider staying here again when I come back to visit my husband. ”

“Good place to stay! Beds were a little small, but they were very comfortable. Also, some of the towels and pillowcases were stained. They were clean but stained - recommend changing out so the unit just presents itself better. Overall we would stay again. Host was responsive.”
