“I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. Air conditioner worked great .I would gladly rent here again in a heartbeat . thank you to the owners for providing such a fine property”

“Visited Huntsville to see great-niece perform at a dance recital. The property was easy to locate and in a quiet, neat suburb. It was spacious, clean and the host left snacks juice, water and other items. We enjoyed our stay and would return. ”

“The cabin is located right on the water with a very nice yard. Parking was very easy enough room for at least two vehicles to be able to turn around. House was immaculate. The property and location were very calm and peaceful but also close to downtown where there are walking , restaurants here live music so much to do”

Communication with the owner was great and he made sure we had everything we needed. The boat house is great with two lifts and was perfect to keep our boat in. The boat ramp is very close to property and we love waterfront grocery that is nearby as well. Highly recommend this house to anyone. ”

“This was a great home base for our girls’ weekend. The house is as gorgeous as the photos suggest, with a large kitchen, cozy living spaces, and comfy beds. We hit Unclaimed Baggage, lunch and shopping in the cute downtown, and then explored Cathedral Caverns. Looks like lots of good hiking in the area but the weather did not cooperate. Victoria was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to our questions.”

“We came to Fish and Frolic with our friends for a few nights with our boat and had a great weekend! There were 8 of us total and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and responded quickly about our questions about the lake. “One of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Owner is super responsive to any and all questions. Pool was so nice! The description left out that there’s actually 4 queen beds and 1 twin so you have plenty of room for the whole family. Home is much nicer than the pictures show. It is an older home so floors are creaky but not a problem unless you’re sleeping downstairs and have an early riser upstairs.
