“Bobbi was wonderful throughout our time there at the Sanctuary. We had 46 people staying there for our family reunion and it was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked. “This is an amazing property and a great stay. I always try to leave something to be improved on however: There is a small hornet/wasp nest somewhere under the stairs down to the lake, near the shed. Several people were stung. But it was not a constant problem so the nest must be small, but probably worth removing. Also, there was not enough toilet paper (at least that we could find) to cover all bathrooms so we had to buy some. But like I said overall very very nice and would definitely……

“We were here for a family wedding with various family members coming and going — some for an afternoon visit, some for overnight. Our 89-year-old matriarch even stayed for one night. It accommodated everyone’s needs nicely and was in a great location for easy access to restaurants, the movie theater and the wedding held in a nearby small town.”

“The cabin was fantastic and Reggie was super responsive when we reached out to him. The place had everything we needed and we hung out on the pontoon on the water everyday. Watching the sunsets on the boat was beautiful. And the lift down to the water from the house was very convenient. Very close to Stillwater, Hudson, and New Richmond if you want to go into town. We would stay here again. We highly recommend it!”

“Us girls just loved our stay at the Journey Inn. Jenn greeted us and showed us around the cottage and the grounds. We enjoyed the gift shop and bought some gifts for friends back home. The library was also wonderful with so many great books to read. If we were staying longer we definitely would have been partaking. The bedding and towels were wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would ever need. Thanks again to Brett and Jenn for a wonderful stay!”

“Best stocked kitchen of any VRBOs we have booked in the past, great central kitchen/dinning/seating location for large gatherings! We also liked the kayaks, yard games and lake views from the backyard. The numerous bedrooms with attached bathrooms was perfect for our group of teens to older grandparents. We also enjoyed nearby Menomonie with its downtown charm and nice grocery and other amenities.”
