“The staff were absolutely fantastic. I felt the bedding was not fresh and found some stains so i requested a change and they attended to it promptly. Although i had breakfast just once, i absolutely loved the yam and egg dish served. it was simply perfection. Coming from Uk i found the standard of the hotel beddings and towels very very old and worn out and past thier use by date but hey! I managed it some how. I booked online but should have done a walk in as the walk in rates are far cheaper. ”

“Though the Expedia listing says breakfast is included, it definitely is not. They did not have a record of my booking when I arrived and it took 30 minutes to be let into my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“While the lobby area looks good, the rooms are tired and dirty. Fridges not working, our microwave did not have a glass plate to put a dish on. ”

“This hotel is closed for refurbishment. Why is it featuring on here as being able to be used for service? It’s closed for a remake.”

“Check-in was efficient. Breakfast Buffett was served with good assortment and taste. Wonderful gym with aerobic classes daily. Also very convenient to a local supermarket and eateries. Also interesting was that they provided snacks for purchase in the room as well.”

“The facility did not have power supply, no water to bath. I left wothout bathing and could not use the toilet. Room was not reserved for me even after paying. Poor management. ”
