“非常不好的飯店，沒有要持續經營的服務態度、飯店設備沒有用心整理，從客房到櫃檯服務態度，全部都是要客戶自己將就，甚至用威脅的口氣告訴客戶沒有辦法法幫你處理任何客房無法使用的設備，每天都有房客到櫃檯抱怨，飯店精簡營業成本而變得非常簡陋，服務人員態度消極、人力精簡、要搭搖晃危險的電梯上下樓、隔音非常差，上下左右從裡到外聲音全部聽到、客房沙發、衛浴、地板非常骯髒、房門窗戶玻璃都破損、早不新鮮、餐具很骯髒、餐點很簡陋、客房設備茶具、冰箱、電視節目全部都被省下來了、這間離車站近外，也不值得花這麼多錢入住，服務人員看到房客當沒有看到一樣，站在櫃檯只是拿鑰匙鑰匙，還用手指跟眼睛叫客戶自己放在桌上，他們有空才動手，太不非常不屑。 2014年11月入住經驗，當時還有用心，2016年9月入住，從員工服務態度到簡陋的飯店設備、粗操的早餐餐點，這旅館讓客戶覺得不想營業了！非常不建議再去這樣的地方入住，非常糟糕、非常糟糕。飯店周遭是簡陋的城市，沒有任何商店經營，連車站內都沒有商店，到假日沒有東西吃，也不能買食物回飯儲存，因沒有冰箱。”

“酒店整體良好，房間舒適整潔，可是每天房務人員總有點東西遺忘記補上或替換。”

“雖然距離火車站有一段距離，但搭乘輕軌6號線可輕鬆到達飯店外的站牌，從這裡也可以搭輕軌去海德堡，交通還算方便。房間設備整齊乾淨新穎，住起來舒服。唯一的缺點是網路不太穩定，常常顯示已連接但其實上不了網。”
