A True Hidden Gem in Barbados!
Royal Bliss is a true gem! The location is perfect—walking distance to St. Lawrence Gap, where we enjoyed Café Sol for dinner and Mimosas for breakfast. It’s also right between Crystal Waters Beach Bar and Carib Beach Bar. We loved the vibe at Crystal Waters during the day and headed to Carib in the evenings. Plus, the bus stop at the end of the street made it easy to get to Oistins for Friday night, which was such a blast!
The hotel itself is stunning. It’s beachfront, clean, and modern, with a lobby that opens to breathtaking ocean views. There are books, games, beach towels, noodles, and plenty of seating both on the deck and the beach. The private beach chairs for guests were such a plus—there was always a spot available, and we could grab drinks and food from the nearby bars to enjoy on the beach.
We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite with a kitchenette and partial ocean view, and it was perfect—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The AC worked great, the shower had hot water, and the sliding door opened to a view we loved waking up to.
The real highlight? The people. Anderson welcomed us so warmly and was helpful every day. The owners, Andre and Karen, are absolutely amazing. They made us feel like family and created such a warm, friendly atmosphere. Sharing rum and stories with them on the deck was unforgettable.
We can’t wait to come back to Royal Bliss later this year—this place is truly something special!
