“We stayed 5 nights in this home to visit our son who recently relocated to Gainesville. The home is conveniently located. The host was very responsive to communication and made everything easy. The home is CLEAN and very tastefully decorated and cozy. The extra details like the lighting, the plants, the bedding, the comfortable furniture makes this a 10/10 property. We will stay here again when we return to Gainesville. ”

“The property was comfortable, just a little tight and the lighting wasn't great outside or in the kitchen' Rhe fenced yard was a plus for our fur baby. ”

We enjoyed Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens and the Florida Museum attractions as well as several nonchain restaurants which were excellent (the Pirate Grill-try the mushroom soup; Humble Wood Fire Pizzeria-cashew alfredo topping was delicious for a friend allergic to milk, and Las Carretas was a fun atmosphere with a salsa bar for ones' chips). Not to mention the hot tub was lovely on these uncharistically cold evenings.”

“The house is cozy, clean, and stylish, with thoughtful touches like games and snacks.The backyard was definitely the highlight, featuring mini-golf, a fire pit, cornhole, and plenty of well-maintained space to relax.It’s on a quiet street that's conveniently close to UF, downtown, and everything we needed.Marlon was super responsive and accommodating too, though everything was already thoughtfully prepared—we checked into a warm space that stayed cozy during one of the coldest weekends……

“This property is like living in a tree house. Every level opens to the wooded oversized property. You wake to the sounds of birds each day. Even in the chilly weather , the inside temperature is quite comfortable at every level. It’s close to many walking trails, which was a daily activity for our family. ”

“The house is wonderful—very large and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and it was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linens. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was seamless. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area, free from noise. I specifically chose this location because it is close to the Springs, and it truly is conveniently nearby. I highly recommend this stay and would definitely return! ”

“The tub was cracked causing it to leak in the down stairs apartment so we couldn't run water to take showers. One bed was broke and the other wasn't completely setup. Overall it was miserable.”
