“We booked as we thought it was a weekend break with a hot tub. It has hot tubs on site but we did not have one as we had planned and was really disappointing. I called Sean the manager and did not feel heard or supported and he was not able to aid me in who to complain to as it could be Jose’s sons or berbo but he could not help so we had no options to discuss with anyone else. I shared with him after looking at reviews that this same miscommunication on the reviews had happened to others. I……

“I wouid recommend this property but would make sure other guests jnow there is nothing within walking distance and a car is needed to get ro the nearest pub/supermarket. The property was lovely but the blinds needed dusting, there were dirty towels in the washing machine and the laminate on the tables was taped up.”

“Large, clean and very well equipped property in a quiet rural area. Plenty of walks on the doorstep to suit all abilities. Lots of wildlife including nesting and roosting birds next to property.Plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy driving distance, also a Fish & Chip van which visits the village on a Friday evening (need to pre order and book collection time).Owners met us on arrival and were very friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again.”

“Our multi-generational family absolutely loved our stay at Fell End. The house was decorated for Xmas and is beautiful throughout. The facilities including movie room, hot tub, table football, table tennis were awesome. The house is homely, warm throughout and stylishly and comfortably furnished! Great value!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The listing said it had a hot tub but when we arrived it didn’t. I read after that the external company listed it incorrectly. The only down side was the property wasn’t cleaned very well - old used contact lenses around the desk and bedside table and there was hairs on the bathroom shelf. I did a quick clean myself and throughly enjoyed the rest of our week the location was perfect and our lodge was next to the pond which was lovely.”
