“Beautiful property, very clean!”

“Traveled with two adults and a 2 year old.We LOVED the location! Right next to the water and just across the bridge from downtown Duluth. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and activities. Kitchen was well stocked (but bring your own decaf if you drink it). I was surprised to not find a hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise the unit had everything I would expect. The space is very open, as shown in the listing. Our toddler slept in a pack n play and I was glad to have brought a……

“We are a pet loving family and brought 2 dogs. It was easy to potty the dogs and it was wonderful having the walking parh so close to our unit. Wonderful for both pet owners and the dogs!!! ”

“We had such a great weekend at the Beach House - 1. This was our second time staying at this house, We have previously stayed at the Beach House 5. Beach House 1 is a great location! It's a quick walk to the bridge and Canal Park. My kids had so much fun at the beach. Heather is a great host and responds quickly to questions. We will be back!”
