There is also a full laundry room and pantry off the kitchen – there is no shortage of storage in this home! On the other side of the stairwell you will find a half bathroom and the first guest room with queen bed and beautiful french doors.

The second floor has four guest rooms all complete with new flooring as of 2024, shared jack and jill bathrooms and several private deck areas with new furniture to relax and soak in the salt air. Prohibited: Smoking, Boats and Trailers, and Golf Carts
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.  Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected.  Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on Airbnb and must be paid separately to the host. Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16. 


*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
