“This was a one night stay for work. I was in room 8. Met by Jaqueline, who text at the start of the day to ask what time I was arriving and then called me when I was 6 minutes away. Breakfast (included in the price of room) is not served until 7:30am, so I could not have it due to my work commitment - would be useful to post breakfast times on post for venue. “We booked to stay for two nights whilst visiting the local area. Check in was unbelievably simple, after which we were shown to our Room. Throughout our stay all the Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We ate in the Bar on both nights of our stay. The Menu was very good and well priced. “The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. ”
