“5点到酒店 被告知房间还没好，不过就等了一会会，总台看到我们2大1小直接给了多一份早餐表示歉意。入住过程体验非常好。 对于酒店不能给四星五星好评是因为：1. 房间卫生间味道比较大,是上完厕所后没有换气的感觉,但是服务员说是有换气扇的,而且他们闻不出来,入住的2天3夜一直被这个味道困扰 2. 晚上睡觉能听到隔壁厕所放水的声音 3. 订的是行政房,为了平时比如早茶啊,午餐简餐啊,下午茶什么的可以去坐坐(因为这次就是休闲度假一样的), 但是可能我的认知有问题, 皇冠假日的行政酒廊早上10点才开始,而且除了茶水,咖啡以及雪碧可乐外,就一盘带皮的水果, 一直到晚上5点半有个简餐, 当然因为每个人的口味不同,对于简餐不做评价,但是品种是真的很少很少. 而且餐位很少,迟点去就得坐沙发上吃饭,也就放弃了. 这次的行政酒廊是多年来入住的行政房里体验感最差的. 不过服务人员很好,每次看到客人要走了都第一时间起身去按电梯,知道电梯关门才回. 4. 游泳体验也不好, 除了泳池外的所有设施都比较陈旧,没有大浴巾,就一条大点的毛巾,……
