“Wir sind insgesamt zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles, wonach ich fragte (z.B. Haartrockner), ist mir direkt zur Verfügung gestellt worden. Das Einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist Internetverbindung - die gab entweder sehr schwach oder überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Wenn man beim Aufenthalt im Hotel etwas beruflich machen muss bzw. “This was a great location for our family to spend time together. We were able to cook meals and eat together in the kitchen. The yard was great for our toddler to play. House was very clean. Host made check-in and check-out convenient. Only concerns were that there were really only 2 bedrooms, not 4 as listed. The living room could be used for a rollaway bed, but we were hoping to set up our toddler outside of the common area. We were disappointed that the advertised sauna/whirlpool were……

“Das Zimmer war vollkommen ausreichend, sauber, modern! War früher angekommen, Zimmer zwar noch nicht fertig, konnte meinen Rucksack dort aber bereits abstellen. Wlan leider schlecht (Zi.21) und Kommunikation nur auf Russisch! Bäcker nebenan da im Hotel kein Frühstück, ansonsten ist die Lage mit "Multikulti" gut umschrieben 👍”

“Das Ferienhaus ist sehr vielseitig ausgestattet, sodass man unabhängig von der Jahreszeit bzw. Wetterlage eine sehr schöne Zeit als Gruppe dort verbringen kann (Sauna, Spiele und Kamin für schlechtes Wetter, herrliche Sonnenterrasse, Tischtennis und Grill für gutes Wetter). Auch die Küche ist darüber hinaus sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir wurden mit frischen Blumen und Obst auf dem Tisch empfangen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist sehr idyllisch und zum Spazieren gut……

"The hotel boasts historical significance and is nestled within a park, surrounded by a wonderful environment. Our room features a balcony that offers a charming view of the park's fountain, especially enchanting in the evening. The hotel provides excellent beds and a variety of amenities. The staff exhibit professionalism, proactivity, and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. However, a minor issue arises with one of the washbasins having inadequate water drainage. I am confident that the hotel will promptly address and resolve this concern."
