“A propriedade em si é muito boa. Acesso ao lago e uma praia privativa. Boas opções de caminhada e para estar na natureza. No entanto, na recepção nos receberam com um documento em polonês e quando pedi explicações sobre o que estava assinando, a recepcionista antes de oferecer a versão em inglês disse que o inglês dela não era bom. Na saída, tive que convencer a Sra da recepção de que eu já havia pago a acomodação. Café da manhã muito bom, com produtos locais. ”

“Hotel na jedną noc w podróży służbowej. Nie uwzględniono prośby o pokój twin, co przy dwóch facetach ma znaczenie. Odpowiedz w recepcji: „odsuncie sami sobie łóżka”. Pani w recepcji średnio miła. Brak możliwości zaparkowania przy hotelu. Śniadania niby w formie szwedzkiego stołu ale nakładane przez kelnerów. Zasada raczej z oszczędności niż z ochrony przed wirusem. Wystarczy pomyśleć o maseczkach i rękawiczkach jednorazowych czy podzielić pokoje na poszczególne godziny śniadaniowe niż tworzyć……

“The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience.”

“Ogólnie polecamy. Miła obsługa i bardzo dobre śniadania. Pokoje nowoczesne i dobrze umeblowane. Jedynkę łazienka stanowiła problem, ze względu na problem śliskiej podłogi (brak dobrego odpływu wody z prysznica). Fajny dostęp do jeziora, ale mógłby być lepiej utrzymany i zagospodarowany dla gości.”

“We had a great two night stay at Hotel St. Bruno. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities were good and the staff friendly - particularly the younger guy who I think was the manager.”
