“Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools ”

“The room I had was roomy and clean, bathroom/shower again clean and spacious. Equipment and white goods suited my needs. Entrance to the room a little dark as outside lights didn't react early enough. Overall I would book again if in that area.”

“On the edge of a small village. Nice restaurant called the Gap on the edge of the village off A52.Close to Grantham. All mod cons available. Room for 6 and the village has a nice playground. Bottesford is very close for grocery shopping. Would stay here again.”

“The location was excellent for a city stay, however, some maintenance issues were noted and communication problems. I messaged to confirm my stay and request what to expect on my arrival. I had no response. So i was actually starting to get anxiety. Upon arrival, they appeared to have some difficulty locating our information, and even after they claimed to have found it, we had to correct them on the number of guests and nights of our stay. Panicking me again. We were also unaware of the £100……

“Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. ”
