The hotel facilities are good, but the overall experience was mixed.
At check-in, the staff showed no smile and did not proactively greet guests, which felt unfriendly.
Later that night, when I approached the front desk for assistance, the staff member rudely asked me to "speak louder," which made me feel uncomfortable.
In general, the hotel lobby area was quite noisy, affecting the overall atmosphere.
However, the staff during check-out were very helpful and polite, which left a better final impression.
